At Bodypeace Bamboo we want you to be 100% happy with the clothes you have bought and we understand
that sometimes a style does not fit exactly how you would like, or simply you have changed your mind. 
We offer a choice of Refund, Exchange or Credit Voucher ( with no expiry) on any full priced items.
( this includes promo/ sales on the Basics range) We offer Store Credit or Exchange (if available) for
reduced Sale page Limited edition styles.

Please just make sure you don't leave it longer than 30 days from receipt of goods and returned items
will need to be unworn, unwashed and with labels attached. (unless the garment is faulty ) 
Simply package up your return item/s along with the completed Returns Form and post to ;

On receiving your return, you will be notified with either confirmation of your Credit/ Refund or
contacted re your Exchange. 
Please note there is a $10 re-delivery fee for exchanges.

Change Of Mind
Buying online can sometimes be tricky, so we are happy to accept returns for Change of Mind.
Unwashed & unworn items with the tags attached may be returned for all styles excludes underwear.
Incorrect Size or Fit
If you have received your clothing and it is just not the right fit we are happy to send you a different size or style.
Unwashed, unworn and unused items with the tags attached may be returned for all styles except underwear.
Quality Issue
Faulty items are rare, but can happen... so we promise we'll make it up to you! 
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality Bamboo clothing and therefore guarantee our garments
for 90 days. If you've purchased an item that you deem to be faulty during this warranty period, please
email our Customer Service Team email at  hello@bodypeacebamboo.com we will provide you with a
Free Reply Paid address.
We will replace any faulty stock (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund, and any refund
return postage costs. 
Please Note there is no redelivery fee if the item being returned is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.
If you have been lucky enough to get a bargain from our heavily reduced sale page, yet the style if not
quite right, we are happy to offer a Credit Voucher or a exchange if available.(Unless the garment is
deemed faulty, then we will replace or offer a full refund) 
Please choose carefully, to help with your purchase, please refer to the sizing and specifications charts
on each styles product page. 


Refunds will be processed via the original purchase payment method on receipt of returned goods
Eftpos/ Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card used. Afterpay and Paypal
refunds will go back through the original accounts. Bank Deposits will require confirmation of your
bank account details. 


We are happy to offer a credit for your returned items that can be used at any time, in store or
online with no expiry.
On receiving your return we will add the Credit to your account and email you confirmation.


Australian Consumer Law prevents us from accepting returns of any underwear.
We will replace any faulty underwear stock (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund.
If your purchase was from one of our 6 Bodypeace boutiques, we are happy to assist you with your return. 
Please note our In Store Returns Policy differs slightly to Online Policy. The In store returns policy is noted
at the bottom of your receipt, or CLICK HERE  ( in store Returns Policy) to download a PDF copy.
